Chicago hosts 6th International Kabaddi Tournament in Chicago.
Chicago(Dr.Harjinder Khaira): Kabaddi,
Kabaddi, Kabaddi will be the highlight at Chicagoland and Midwest Pioneer
Kabaddi organization which is hosting its Annual 6th
International Kabaddi Tournament on Saturday September 20th
2008 at Busse Woods Forest Preserve Grove, at the
Southwest corner of Arlington Heights Road and Higgins Road, Elk Grove
Village Illinois.
It will highlight the World famous game of
strength and toughness “ Kabaddi” which is already inducted in Asian and
Commonwealth Games and is making an attempt to be in Olympics.
Punjab Sports Club Midwest will host the
Kabaddi players from all around the world who will participate in this
Mega event of Kabaddi. Teams from India, England, Canada, America,
Vancouver, New York and Midwest are competing for this World Cup.
Entry to the tournament is free for everyone
and free Punjabi food and free parking is available for all spectators,
who are expected to come form all over the Midwest to watch this mega
Kabaddi tournament.
Prominent
Punjabi Singer from Punjab “Nachatar Gill” and his entourage will do a
live performance to entertain the spectators and players.
